3 đ¨ In-App Purchases (Colors)
Users can purchase premium colors to personalize their list views. These are non-consumable purchases managed by Apple and Google.

đ Restoring Purchases on New Devices
To restore previously purchased colors:
- Install supershopez on your new device
- Go to the Colors section in App settings
- Tap the "Restore Purchases" button
- The App will check with Apple/Google and unlock your purchases
Note: This button is required by Apple's guidelines and ensures you never pay twice.
đ° Refunds
All refunds are handled exclusively by:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
We cannot issue refunds directly.
đ¨ About Color Names and Ownership
Color names used in the App (such as "Ocean Blue," "Sunset Red," etc.) are for descriptive and identification purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any color names, nor do we sell the colors themselves. Purchases unlock the ability to apply these color themes within the App for personal use.
All color names are either generic descriptors or licensed for use. If any color name resembles a trademark, it is coincidental and not intended to infringe on any rights. The colors themselves are standard digital colors and are not owned by any entity.
When you purchase a color theme, you are purchasing the right to use that color combination within the App, not ownership of the color name or the color itself.
Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing for color purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases made prior to the change.
3.5 đ° Pricing Transparency & Market Adjustments
Initial Pricing Implementation
During the development and coding of supershopez, all in-app purchase prices for premium color themes were hardcoded directly into the application's source code. This was a deliberate technical decision to maintain simplicity and ensure the app functions without external price servers or dynamic configuration calls that could compromise our zero-data-collection principle.
Because prices are embedded within the app binary, they are not fetched from a remote server in real time. This means the prices you see when making a purchase reflect the values that were set at the time of that specific app version's release.
Market-Driven Price Changes
Digital marketplaces, currency fluctuations, regional tax adjustments, and platform fee structures change over time. Since Apple App Store and Google Play Store are the entities processing transactions, they apply current applicable taxes, exchange rates, and regional pricing rules at the moment of checkout â independently from our hardcoded base values.
What this means for you: The final price displayed by Apple/Google during checkout may differ slightly from the hardcoded reference price inside the app due to real-time currency conversion, local VAT/GST, or promotional adjustments made by the storefront. The transaction total you agree to pay is always set by the store's checkout system.
đ How We Keep You Informed
To reflect market realities, we periodically update the hardcoded price values in new app versions (e.g., v1.1, v1.2) before submitting to stores. When we adjust base prices due to sustained market shifts or platform fee changes, we will:
- Clearly mention the price revision in the app's version release notes
- Update this Privacy Policy with the effective date of price changes
- Ensure that the new prices only apply to purchases made after updating the app
Note: Apple and Google may also apply their own dynamic pricing (e.g., regional offers) independent of supershopez. For precise current pricing, always refer to the store listing or checkout screen.
4 đ Calendar & Alert Features
The app includes a calendar to track upcoming shopping days with customizable alerts.
- â Local Storage: All calendar entries and alert times are stored locally on your device.
- â Local Notifications: Alerts are generated by your device, not by our servers. We don't send push notifications.
- â No Sync: Calendar data never leaves your device or syncs with any cloud service.
5 đ Translations & User Preferences
đ Translations
The App includes built-in translations carefully prepared in the App code. We do not use automated translation services that send data externally. While we strive for accuracy, some translations may have minor variations. The original English version prevails in case of discrepancies.
âī¸ Preferences
Currency selection and font size adjustments are stored locally on your device only. We never receive or track these preferences.

supershopez is suitable for users of all ages. In compliance with COPPA (USA), GDPR-K (Europe), and similar laws worldwide:
- No Age Verification Required: Since we collect no data, we don't need to verify age.
- No Targeted Advertising: We serve no ads of any kind.
- No Data Collection: Children can use the app safely with zero data collection.
Parents are always encouraged to supervise children's app usage.
